Ready to turn something cozy into something fabulous? In this playful workshop, we’ll transform quilts and blankets into wearable statement coats and vests.  Bring that heirloom quilt, thrifted find, or funky blanket hiding in your closet, and give it a brand-new life!

You’ll learn how to:

  • Cut and shape your quilt into  stylish outerwear

  • Work with thick and textured fabrics

  • Add simple finishes so your garment looks polished (but still handmade with love!)

By the end, you’ll walk out with a cozy coat or vest that’s as unique as you are—perfect for chilly days, or just showing off your creativity.

Skill Level: Confident beginners and up (basic sewing machine skills recommended).

Bring: A blanket or quilt you’re ready to cut.  Machines, patterns and all other tools provided.

** Please note this is an offsite workshop at Megan’s Hapersfield studio
